Return Policy for Online Purchases

At Aposh, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the opportunity to return or exchange items according to the following guidelines:

Return Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, without specifying any reasons. Please note that the return must be made within this period to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure

To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@aposh.ch to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once you have received the RMA, you can return the item to us.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping costs. The refund will be issued in the form of a voucher code equivalent to the amount used for the purchase and may take several days to process.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items may not be returned or exchanged according to applicable legal regulations, unless they are defective or damaged.

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for an exchange or refund.
